Welcome to Your neighborhood.  We at Kensington South Community Development Corporation (KSCDC) - invite your participation in a local organization that believes in the sustainable growth of this community - our community - and all communities within our region.  Many of you  know of the KSCDC and have visited or held meetings at the Putnam Building located in the heart of the community at  1627 North 2nd Street..  Those who don't know  of us - we invite you to stop by and  to get involved.  We exist to serve the community. We have great rental spaces available in the Putnam Building, our community base of operations located at 1627 North 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA  19122.
